Are you licensed and insured? Yes, we are licensed by the State of Michigan as a Residential Builder and we carry General Liability insurance. Licenses and insurance policies are available upon request.

What forms of payment do you accept? We accept cash and checks. I'm sorry, we do not currently accept credit cards.

How long will it take to complete my project? Projects vary depending on size and scope of work. A small deck could be completed in as little as a day or a new home could take anywhere from 9-12 months. Weather also plays a role in how long a project might take.

What is the required deposit and when is the balance due? Although this can vary depending on the scope of the project, generally a deposit of 20% is due upon the initial signing of the contract. Draws can be made throughout the building process and a final payment is due upon completion.
